Welcome to Mvest Insurance & Financial Services, a family owned and locally operated business in Lansdale, PA – serving Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware residents. Mvest was established by current agency owner, Stephen Malizia, a lifetime resident of Bucks & Montgomery Counties. Steve grew up in the Central Bucks school district and graduated CB West High School in Doylestown, PA. He continued his education by earning his associates degree in Business Administration at Bucks County Community College and his Bachelor's Degree in Business from the Fox School of Business at Temple University in Philadelphia. While in his last semester of undergraduate work, he interned with a top captive insurance company and upon graduation was employed by the same company where he earned several awards and designations throughout his sales career. He was promoted from sales representative to a lead sales representative; aiding and developing less experienced sales representatives within the company. His years of experience in partnering with multiple companies, credit unions, mortgage brokers and realtors has made Steve an influential member of the community.

In 2013 Malizia was nominated and Awarded by Philadelphia Magazine as a top “Five Star” Home/Auto Insurance Professional. This Award is given by surveying 36,500 homeowners in the Philadelphia area and a selection of the top 1% of agents is made with the top survey scores for overall customer satisfaction. While very successful with the captive insurance company, Steve knew that the best way to help his customers was to be able to offer multiple insurance products and companies assuring them the most competitive policy for their specific insurance and financial needs.
